Our swim season is coming to a close this week,  our swimmers are steadily improving and we couldn't be more proud!  Please read this email through as it contains important information about this week:

1. We have our last regular season meet at Stardust on Wednesday 7/26.  This is a make-up meet.  Please re-declare your swimmers to update their status and re-sign up for volunteer opportunities, declaring closes on Tuesday 7/25 at noon.  Swimmers should report for check-in and warm-ups at 5 pm at Stardust.  The meet starts at 6 pm.  

2. If your swimmer would like to swim in the Meet of Champions (MOC) next weekend (7/29 and 7/30), they must have participated in at least 3 regular season meets for EAST.  You will need to declare your swimmer's intention by Tuesday 7/25 at noon.  If you are unsure if your swimmer has qualified please get in touch with Coach Erin via email ([email protected]).  All parents with swimmers must volunteer for a "short" timing assignment and will be in charge of marshaling their swimmers.  

MOC for 12 and under will be held at Bee Meadow in Whippany on Saturday 7/29. Swimmers must report at 7 am for check-in and warm up and the meet will begin at 8 am. There is a $2.00 entry fee for all spectators (no charge for swimmers). Concessions will be available and a vendor will be on site selling swim gear.

MOC for 13 and over will be held at Chester Pool in Chester on Sunday 7/30. Swimmers must report at 7 am for check-in and warm-up and the meet will begin at 8 am. There is a $2.00 entry fee for all spectators (no charge for swimmers) Concessions will be available and a vendor may be on site selling swim gear.

3. Finally, our end-of-the-year party will be in The Grove (next to the Hackettstown pool) at 6 pm on Friday, July 28th.  If you are unable to make it, please make sure to stop by the pool and grab your awards from your mailbox in the following weeks.
