Practice Information for East and West
Night Practices: June 8- June 17th:
5-5:30 pm 8 and under
5:30-6:15 pm 9-12
6:15-7 pm 13-14
7-7:45 pm 15 and up
Morning Practice Schedule June 18- July 25:
9-10am 13 and over
9:45-10:45 11/12
10:30-11:30 9/10
11:15-12:15 8 & under
***Practice groups may change at the discretion of the coaches depending on ability.
Important items:
-Check in on the Swimtopia app for each meet.
-If you are unable to make a meet/ your volunteer job, please secure your job with someone else who will be at that meet.

DECLARING YOUR SWIMMERS
Please note:
You can declare your swimmer from the app or the webpage!
From the app:
- under events
- click on upcoming meet >
- click on meet signup (this takes you to the website)
- under your family swim meet status click edit
- drop-down menu choose your swimmer's status and don't forget to save!
From the webpage:
- under the meets & events tab
- pull down for sign-up calendar
- choose the green button next to the meet (meet entry)
- under your family swim meet status click edit
- drop-down menu choose your swimmer's status and don't forget to save!
